Delivery and shelf life

Goods up to £25 in value (next day courier) - £5.00
Goods £26 and over (next day courier)- £8.00

Goods totalling under £10.00 can be posted by Royal Mail for £2.50. If you wish to do this, place your order via email to  and the goods will be posted 1st class on Mondays and Tuesdays. Please refrigerate your lamb upon receipt and consume within 2 weeks.

Postage & Packing terms and prices quoted are to delivery addresses on the UK Mainland only. For deliveries to the Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland or anywhere else in the world please contact us.

Courier deliveries are dispatched Monday to Thursday. We will endeavour to send orders the day after they have been received. You will be emailed with the expected delivery date. If you have specific delivery instructions or are unable to sign for the goods, please email us with your delivery instructions.

Back Orders; if an item is out of stock we will email you with the option to either choose a replacement, cancel your order or we will tell you when we can fulfil it and you may wish to wait for delivery.

Fresh lamb
Delivered within 4 weeks of an order being placed (if you require it sooner, please ask, as we may be deliver early). The lamb will be sent by courier and will require a signature on receipt. You will be emailed with the expected delivery date..

Returns & Replacements
You are responsible for checking your order as soon as you receive it. If by chance the goods are damaged, not complete or unsatisfactory, you should accept delivery and contact us within two working days. We will then endeavour to resolve any problems, and refund or replace the goods if necessary. You must return the goods to us at your own expense, where you will also be responsible for the risk of loss or damage in transit. The products will be inspected on receipt, and if they are deemed faulty, we will either send out replacement goods or a full refund including your postal costs. If reasonable care hasn't been taken of the goods before we receive them back here which results in damage or deterioration then no refund can be made.

Cancellations; you can cancel your order any time before dispatch. To do this simply email or phone, quoting your order reference number, and we will confirm your cancellation.
